Work Hours: Core hours - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Position Overview:

The Programmer II in collaboration with the Programmer III will provide communicative, graphics, and multimedia services in support of FDA/CDER's various initiatives. The goal is to provide optimal work products while supporting the overall mission of the Agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
  • Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts.
  • Prepares program-level and user-level documentation.
  • Production of multimedia using AI software
  • Creation of electronic and print material, to include FDA approved graphics
  • Ensure all print and visual material are in FDA and 508 compliance
  • Utilization of applications to include: Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, Well Said to produce a variety of multimedia materials
  • Utilization of storyboarding and scriptwriting for video production
  • Interpersonal skills to appropriately ascertain client's vision and requests
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond, Well Said and other related applications
  • Experience with graphics design and video production (animation and person)
