Skyline Solar is pumped to be launching a new sales channel by bringing on a door to door team that will knock, set, and close customers within our markets. Better yet, we are looking for an individual that wants to PIONEER this team, and we trust that this opportunity will prove to be wildly successful with the right rockstar at the helm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Launch, build, and develop a high-performance Door to Door Sales team; assist in hiring, training, motivating and coaching Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team quotas
  • Lead by example and sell lights out
  • Travel to existing markets to generate business and train others
  • Manage team members that have the skills to set and close appointments independently via canvassing and referral generation efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize target markets
  • Document/Implement Performance Optimization Plans (POPs) for sales reps that are not achieving minimum performance requirements, as needed
  • Be a leader and positive influencer in team meetings
  • Live the company's core values

Qualifications:

  • Previous door to door experience is required
  • Solar sales experience highly preferred but not required
  • Previous management experience is highly preferred but not required
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • A proven track record of success
