Job Description

I am working with a fantastic boutique law firm that is seeking a Probate Paralegal. The ideal paralegal will be comfortable managing a wide docket of cases beyond just probate law such as wills, trusts, divorce, guardianship and elder law. However the main focus of the firm is in probate law. The paralegal will work directly with one of the owners of the firm, and must be comforatable with routine client contact, and case management. This law firm is ideally seeking an experienced paralegal, and is preferred they have experience in probate law, but will train the right candidate. This firm is located about 15-20 minutes west of Milwaukee and has schedule flexibility after intial onboarding and training process is completed.

Responsbilities & Qualifications of the Probate Paralegal:
  • 3+ years preferred as a paralegal.
  • Preferred prior experience in probate law.
  • Degree in paralegal studies preferred.
  • Prior experience with client contact via phone and in person, client support, case management, legal research, trust administration, court filings and litigation.
