Overview Intuit Global Business Services (GBS) Change Leadership Team is dedicated to supporting change management activities to continuously improve the employee experience and identify ways to streamline processes as well as strategizing, and managing our internal and external content and digital assets. We are looking for a strategic-minded individual to operate as the Employee Experience Procure to Pay (P2P) Change Management Program Manager who's obsessed with the customer experience, will demonstrate extreme ownership of their work, deliver excellence at scale, and can operate without boundaries. The candidate will lead change management and support PMO and process owners across multi-year, cross-functional projects to deliver Gen AI and automated solutions to procurement related experiences. What you'll bring 3-5 years change management and strategic communications experience required Experience with Procurement operations, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Supplier Data Management, Strategic Sourcing, Source to Contract, and 3rd party risk management required Experience delivering change management initiatives for AI related and automated experiences Must be able to work from the San Diego or Mountain View offices 2-5 days per week Experience with Coupa, Aravo, Oracle, CMAPP platforms preferred Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites Proficient in communications and training content authoring systems such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, LumApps, Degreed, and Loom Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google & Microsoft Application and Slack Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other quantitative discipline preferred. Culturally aware; experience communicating with a global audience Experience working in the High-Tech or Financial Services sector preferred Up to 15% travel required How you will lead In this role, you will contribute to Intuit’s success in the following ways: Leadership and Strategy Cultivates & coordinates relationships with project stakeholders, with ability to interact with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance or support decision-making Collaborates across Intuit to leverage resources & knowledge to solve problems & achieve results Adept at focusing thinking around a shared vision and critical few priorities; role-models execution with speed, agility, and excellence Change Management Develops and executes effective communications for project stakeholders in alignment with the GBS and Corporate Communications standards and governance process Understands & interprets stakeholder landscape, expectations, and key opportunities to shape and drive change management activities Expert at determining the right resources, operating mechanisms, communications and training needed to gain alignment and to manage change. Knows how to best leverage various traditional and digital communication channels to create and manage targeted and integrated communication and training programs for both an internal employee audience and externally to enable third parties Creates compelling written content and visually engaging graphics; uses digital assets and video to enhance impact and messaging, as appropriate Partners across Finance and with Technology 4 Intuit, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners to implement any large-scale communication and training programs Leverages central Intuit Learning & Development organization’s instructional design and facilitation methodologies to ensure consistency and the highest level of performance Owns the design, structure and maintenance of Employee Experience project content on the intranet, collaboration portals, and learning management systems; evaluates effectiveness and directs continuous improvement efforts Project Management Supports project management of change management initiatives in a lead or support role Supports end-to-end change management with ownership, decision planning, recommendation, and execution of change management activities Provides meaningful insights to project team to drive strategy or key decisions Skills, behaviors and competencies Customer obsessed- gets inspired by the customer problem and partners with process owners to inspire changes, or education and outreach Influences and drives decisions by crafting a clear point-of-view that includes options, proposed data-backed recommendations, and rationales. Crafts a compelling, data-backed case for change and creates powerful messages to drive adoption of changes, with guidance. Collaborates and communicates effectively with colleagues across teams in their organization or other organizations. Proactively identifies obstacles, helps develop recommendations for resolution, and quickly escalates to leaders. Quickly establishes credibility as a leader and mentor and strengthens trust across teams in their or other organizations. Leads with inquiry and incorporates diverse perspectives to deliver high-impact outcomes. Experienced in project management and leading cross-functional teams to successfully achieve business goals Excellent interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels Adept and resilient within a high change environment focused on long term opportunities Solution-oriented within a data-led and data-driven approach Proactive, action-oriented self-starter Exhibits high levels of judgment, innovation and creativity; is a strategic thinker Effective use of inquiry and advocacy to work through barriers Strong written, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to deal with ambiguous and often complex work situations EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
