We're looking for an exceptional Senior Clinical Director to join our team and play a key role in transforming healthcare for seniors. If you are a driven, innovative, and patient-centered leader, we want to hear from you.

  • Lead and train primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center to maximize clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
  • Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes, including engaging with specialists when needed
  • Manage and mentor PCPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement of center financial performance and help increase center membership
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
  • Current, active MD licensure in State of employment is required
  • Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult or family practice setting preferred
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty is preferred
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within first 90 days of employment
