Work Location: Conroe, Texas

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm (8-hour shift), Saturdays on rotation

Here is what you will need:
  • Texas Medical Board License - MRT
  • Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible to take advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience.
  • Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong desire to serve patients; works well in fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment; forms strong working relationships within the team.
A Day in the Life of a Lead Technologist:
  • Provide services and support for the following areas:
    • Manages clinical team members on daily basis ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
    • Monitors clinical staffing levels and ensures appropriate coverage.
    • Performs high quality breast imaging procedures and/or assists with biopsies.
    • Assists center director in MQSA compliance as it relates to tracking, following up and credentials.
    • Ensures compliance with all Policies and Procedures.
    • Coordinates service and maintenance of equipment to ensure minimal downtime, as requested by center director.
    • Effectively handles patient complaints as evidenced by patient survey scores and escalates as necessary.
    • Creates and maintains frequent communication and positive relationship with clinical team members as evidenced by surveys and turnovers.
    • Meets with center director on a weekly basis to review center activities and needs.
    • Participates in performance evaluation discussion on an annual basis.
