Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr associate with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Business Events, EMS.

This role requires a deep understanding of data integration and messaging integration solutions and flexible availability.

The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting critical and customer centric applications.

Role & Responsibilities:

L2 Application support, Incident management.

Monitoring and troubleshooting Tibco suite and related applications.

Weekday/Weekend on-call support is required and should be available for holiday support.

SLA adherence. SOP Documentation, Transition and coordination with onshore/offshore team.

Support multiple portfolios, Multi tasking and functional area.
