License: Valid state driver's license
Certifications: Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC), BLS
Must-Have: Analytical ability, Respective state license, Clinical certification

Job Description:
- Assist patients in restoring or developing swallowing, speech, and communication functions.
- Administer and evaluate standardized speech/language tests.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress.
- Conduct swallowing evaluations and video swallow studies.
- Utilize Epic for documentation.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work daytime shifts with weekend rotations and floating to different units/departments.
- Complete accelerated onboarding process with peer mentoring.
- Collaborate with other speech therapists in the region for support and guidance.
