In this Clinical Social Worker role in our Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital's Adult Partial Hospitalization Program, you will be the primary therapist for a caseload of 5-8 patients who are treated for psychiatric illnesses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, thought disorders and personality disorders. You will also facilitate a variety of psychotherapy groups each day for all patients enrolled in the program.

CSW 2 Salary range: $47.79 - $57.09 Hourly
CSW 3 Salary range: $51.94 - $62.08 Hourly
QualificationsRequired:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the United States Council on Social Work.
- Must be ACSW or LCSW registered with the California State BBS (exception for recent graduates whose applications with BBS are in process).
- Minimum of 200 hours of group therapy experience.
- Experience independently leading group therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, or other evidenced-based therapies.
- Excellent skills in interpersonal communication and documentation.
- Clinical knowledge of individual, family social, & cultural issues in mental illness.
- Knowledge of laws and procedures related to child and elder/dependent adult abuse, knowledge of laws pertaining to Tarasoff Reporting.
- Experience facilitating evidence-based groups.
- Knowledge of levels of care and community resources available for persons with mental illness.
