All that you need is:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date
  • insurance
  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
  • Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records
Preferred:
  • Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
  • A 40-hour BT certificate
  • TRICARE certification
  • A passion for driving change and supporting independent growth

Working directly in the child's home, you offer personalized 1:1 support. We furnish you with the tools needed for success, including a rich array of materials, stimuli, and best practices aimed at fostering learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.
