HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at our Chatham Family Health Clinic in Chatham, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Position Requirements
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified APRN or PA
- If an APRN, preference is for an FNP trained APRN in order to be able to see pediatrics and adolescents as needed.
- 2+ years of prior practice experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in primary care in preferred, but experience in other specialties will also be considered.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base salary with bonus earning potential

Qualifications
Education
Master's degree in Nursing is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience
Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
Federal DEA license is preferred.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
