Required Skills:
Project Management professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in performing PMO activities for large scale projects. Role requires coordinating with multiple internal teams and multiple client stakeholders and maintaining a portfolio of multiple simultaneous projects.

Below are the primary responsibilities:
• Project & Program Management:
o Track deliverables and timelines
o Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to report, escalate and complete action items, risks, and issues
o Ensure timely communication to team members and stakeholders
o Proactively identify challenges and work with stakeholders and leadership to prioritize adjustments
o Support team with project governance by adhering to and enforcing project compliance standards and processes
o Financial acumen in understanding contract structure and finance variables in execution is an added advantage.
• Metrics & Reporting:
o Generate regular and ad hoc project management reports for leadership as required
o Ensure quality of reports meets internal and client standards
o Create and manage multiple trackers to support the reporting of operational metrices
o Capture, publish, and maintain minutes of meetings, report progress and health of projects
o Status reporting of milestones and deliverables, project risks and issues, change control boards etc.
o Experience with Salesforce for project finance tracking is an added advantage.
• Communication & Collaboration:
o Prepare, update, and maintain presentations used for internal and client reviews
o Support creation and maintenance of internal project artifacts leveraging tools such as Confluence, JAMA, and JIRA
o Self-organized and a great collaborator
o Understand effective escalation methods and timing
o Coach junior members of the PMO team
• Engagement:
o Work with cross functional teams on logistics, be the first point of escalation for smooth execution
o Facilitate team collaboration and effective communication
o Initiate continuous process improvement
• Tools/ Technology:
o Required:
? Expertise in Microsoft tools such as Power Point, Word, Excel, and Visio
? Excellent Communication (Written/Verbal)
o Preferred:
? tlassian Suite: JIRA; Confluence
? CAPM or PMP certified
? gile Certifications such at PSM, CSM, SAFe
