Job Title: Data Modeler/BI Developer
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Remote)
Pay Range: Based on experience
What's the Job?
- Design and develop efficient, scalable data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) for databases and data warehouses.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from various sources into centralized data warehouses.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business users, to define data requirements.
- Maintain data modeling standards and documentation to ensure consistency and reusability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Modeler, BI Developer, or similar role.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models for OLTP, OLAP, and data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong experience in SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

- Chance to work with modern data architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Certification in BI tools or data modeling (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or CDMP).
