Psychiatrist - Adult Outpatient and Weekend Call

A Wisconsin hospital is seeking an adult outpatient psychiatrist with weekend call. The weekday outpatient responsibilities will involve a daily patient census of 25-35 patients pursued by two physicians. The weekend call rotation is 1:7 which requires rounding during the day and phone availability throughout the night. Applicants will join a team of 12 psychiatrists with plans to add two. Teaching opportunities are available to applicants, including residents and fellows.
The job offers a highly competitive salary guarantee for 1-2 years in addition to a RVU productivity bonus and quality incentive.
