Description

Conservancy Compliance Inspector

Promontory is searching for a responsible, self-starter to conduct regular inspections of residential properties. Job duties include daily drive through inspections to identify, document, and report violations of community rules, design guidelines, and compliance with approved architectural plans.

Related responsibilities include inspections of new, or renovated residential properties and examining architectural finishes such as materials, color, landscaping.

Conservancy Compliance Inspector Responsibilities:
  • Learn Conservancy governing documents as well as follow any requests regarding enforcement.
  • Conduct inspections noting any property violations as well as Common Area issues.
  • Issuing violation notices, conferring with owners, builders, and contractors. Explaining regulations and recommend corrections to ensure adherence to governing documents.
  • Perform regular on-site inspections to assess compliance with architectural drawings.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings to ensure accurate implementation during construction.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, reports, and any non-compliance issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing inspections findings, compliance status, and any recommended corrective actions.
  • Track and report on project progress related to architectural aspects and completion is met in accordance with approved drawings and construction schedule.
  • Duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of comparable work experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Candidate must be able to read and fully comprehend respective governing documents and architectural plans to conduct proper inspections.
  • Must be proficient with current technology including Word and Excel. Experience with industry specific software such as SmartWebs a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and under changing environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment background screening.
