Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patients, document medical histories, and address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Diagnose and manage injuries, illnesses, and medical conditions.
- Conduct, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate results to patients.
- Keep patient records current by updating information and treatments.
Requirements:
- Active West Virginia State License
- DEA (with WV address)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (EM) or Family Practice (FP)
- Residency trained in Emergency Medicine
- Certified in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
- Proficient in moderate sedation, diagnostic procedures, and treatment of ischemic stroke.
