Job Title: Electrical Assembler Job Description We are looking for a meticulous Electrical Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling electrical units and sub-assemblies used primarily for the avionics and military industries. These may include circuit card readers, wire harnesses, electro-mechanical boxes and connectors, and smaller electrical wiring assemblies. You will be using a variety of hand tools such as crimpers, cutters, small screwdrivers, and soldering equipment. The ability to read a blueprint and schematic drawing for wire routing and tracing is a critical part of this role. Attention to detail is extremely important. Initially, you will focus on wire harness building to familiarize yourself with our processes and products. Ability to read a tape measure in both metric and standard is also required. Hard Skills Ability to use hand tools (crimpers, cutters, small screwdrivers, soldering equipment) Ability to read a blueprint and schematic drawing for wire routing and tracing Ability to read a tape measure in both metric and standard Experience in electrical assembly Soft Skills Strong attention to detail High aptitude in sciences or math Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Work Environment This role is primarily a bench assembly job where you will be able to sit down for most tasks. Our work environment is quieter and less rowdy than a typical production area, making it a great position for those who may be more introverted.
