Job Title: RRT - Travel Respiratory Therapist

Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy in NICU/PICU

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day - 12x3 - 07AM

Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours available if needed

Experience: Minimum of 2 years required

License: Current state Respiratory Therapist license

Certifications: Current certifications relevant to NICU/PICU required

Must-Have:
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience preferred

Job Description:

- Provide state-of-the-art respiratory care for patients in a specialized NICU/PICU setting.
- Work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to deliver complex medical care.
- Engage in ongoing communication with patients' families regarding care plans and progress.
- Utilize advanced respiratory techniques and equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss and implement patient care strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and advocacy initiatives.
