We are searching for a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician to join our orthopedic team In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our orthopedic physicians by providing high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for orthopedic X-ray examinations of the musculoskeletal system, including explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns.
  • Position and immobilize patients using proper techniques to ensure accurate X-ray images.
  • Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently to capture high-quality digital images of bones, joints, and soft tissues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on X-ray equipment and adhere to established quality control procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of X-ray supplies and ensure proper restocking.
  • Document patient procedures and X-ray results accurately and efficiently.
  • Travel between Newnan, Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Stockbridge and McDonough
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (preferred) or a related area with eligibility to obtain an ARRT certification in Radiography
  • One year of experience as an X-Ray Technician (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
