Position Summary
  • Conducts occupational therapy treatments as per the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). Performs ongoing assessment and completes documentation as per DOH Early Intervention Guidelines.
Primary Position Responsibilities
  1. Provides developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  2. Completes thorough and accurate daily session notes and progress summary.
  3. Maintains acceptable levels of patient care productivity.
  4. Counsels and educates patient/family/caregiver.
  5. Communicates with other essential medical personnel and other providers including other EI providers.
  6. Completes all required DOH Early Intervention documentation.

    • Required:
      • 1-3 years experience: will consider new graduate
