CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Occupational Therapist - Part-time or PRN
Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours per week. Extremely flexible schedule.
About Community Physical Therapy (CPT):
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider of rehabilitation services in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. We are seeking part-time Occupational Therapists for multiple locations at Alden Estates. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies across post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home settings, and outpatient locations.
CPT Services Include:
Rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities
Memory care
Assisted and Independent Living
Outpatient therapy

Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to CPT and facility policies and procedures for therapy services.
Maintain the highest standards for rehabilitation services.
Perform necessary administrative duties to support the daily operations of the rehab department.
Build strong rapport with patients, their families, third-party payers, and all others involved in patient care management.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by AOTA.
Licensed, certified, or registered to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois or Wisconsin.
Certified by NBCOT as an Occupational Therapist.
Follows the AOTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
