Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health

Job Specialty: PTA Home Health

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Guaranteed Hours: Information not provided

Experience: Must have specialty experience within the last year

License: VA License required or proof of compact license

Certifications: Required certifications and licenses must be attached at submission

Must-Have:
- One supervisory reference required for submission; two are required for compliance.
- All candidates must have licenses in hand at submission.

Job Description:

- Work with a daily expected ratio of 5 patients.
- Candidates cannot work on both travel assignments and per diem contracts simultaneously.
- Local candidates are accepted at the same base rate.
- Floating may be requested based on the needs of the facility.
- Prior permanent employees must be separated for at least 6 months before applying for travel positions.
- Keep requests for time off to a minimum; preference for no requests for a full calendar week off during the assignment and no more than 7 days total.
- All managers will call to interview, so candidates should be well-prepared and familiar with the job description.
- Orientation consists of 16 hours and is non-billable.
