Senior Manager Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

$145,000-$165,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Chandler, AZ (hybrid schedule)

Vaco has partnered with a company in the manufacturing space looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule and a highly competitive compensation package. You will be responsible for overseeing global consolidations, preparing technical accounting memos, and improving financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee global consolidations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and alignment with IFRS for foreign subsidiaries.
  • Research and draft technical accounting memos based on relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to streamline internal reporting.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and ledger structure.
  • Assist in preparing disclosures and supporting schedules for financial reports.
Requirements:
  • CPA License required
  • Public Accounting experience (Big 4 or mid-tier) required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
