Senior Software Engineering Manager, Rewards

You'll work with modern tech stack and cloud deployment, collaborating with product managers to deliver powerful experiences for our customers.   • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers
  • Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and mentor others
  • Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using a variety of programming languages and AWS tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of software engineering experience
  • At least 1 year of cloud computing experience
  • At least 4 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • 9+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
  • 7+ years of people management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
