Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist 

Location: Center-Based Raynham, MA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As an Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatrics, you will work collaboratively with children and their families to promote independence and improve functional skills. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills of pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and techniques to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and social participation.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate outcomes effectively.
- Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home programs to support ongoing progress and development.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Stay current with best practices, research, and trends in pediatric occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Certification or eligibility for certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical placements will be considered.
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating pediatric developmental, sensory, and motor disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to improving the quality of life for pediatric patients and their families.

Schedule and Compensation:
- This position is part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling options available.
