Job Overview

L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Electrical Associate to join our team.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• On-site, full time role in Reading, PA

• Assign work orders to employees per production schedule.

• Follow drawing and work order specifications.

• Supervise staff, drive execution to meet commitments.

• Ensure work rules are communicated, understood and enforced.

• Drive safety, WPO, and quality of product.

• Assist with training team members.

• Maintain UL Logbook
• Installing LEDs into sign boxes

• Understanding blueprints and LED layout specifications

• Knowledge of controls and DMX (and similar) power supplies

• Basic sign assembly

• Safety and workplace organization

• Other duties as required

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment

• 2 years of leadership experience

• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience preferred

• Ability to use Windows platform and Microsoft 365.

• General construction and electrical knowledge

• Ability to read construction drawings

• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience preferred

• Must provide own tools

• Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail

• Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments

• Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
