We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming and be eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment. This role is perfect for someone with l-5 years of experience who is passionate about merging technology with finance to create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on software development best practices.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or Economics
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language; Python, Rust, or JavaScript preferred.
  • 1-5 years of software development experience.
  • Strong academic achievement may be considered in lieu of experience
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
