The role will be responsible for driving manufacturing projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of global, strategic Commercial IPS initiatives. Projects will vary in complexity and involve operational optimization, 80/20 deployment, Lean/Six Sigma practices, cost savings, product line simplification (PLS), focused factories, or a hybrid of the above.
The role will also actively support Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) initiatives to enable continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process, as well as elevate strategic sites to a 'center of excellence' and a destination of choice for external customers. Travel up to 25% to domestic and international Regal Rexnord facilities may be required.
