What We Do:Together with knowledge, technology, medical, educational and rehabilitative resources we empower the individuals we support to maximize their abilities, often beyond expectations.

Under the direction of the Manager, supervises and provides direction to the Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees assigned to ensure that Richmond quality standards are maintained in the delivery of services to the individuals. This person would be also responsible for the operation of the program as assigned by the Manager.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent in Healthcare or related field preferred

Qualifications:

Ability to write clearly and concisely.

Computer proficiency required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)

Experience:

1-2 years of previous supervisory experience required OR successful completion of Richmond's Supervisory training.

At least one year of experience working with the developmentally disabled preferred.

Other:

Valid New York, New Jersey or Connecticut State Driver License 3+ years in good standing

Pay starting from $23.00 to $25.90, pay commensurate based upon experience.
