Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant - Somerset - Per diem - $30.00 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state of the art community - free meal with every shift worked - subsidized childcare on site - 4 shifts per month as needed including one weekend - The Certified Nursing Assistant will perform various services related to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
  • High School graduate or GED required
  • Skill and experience with geriatric and/or Dementia patients, preferred
  • Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
  • Flu vaccination required or receive an exemption prior to employment.
  • Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.

Parker at Somerset post-acute rehabilitation and nursing care residence
Parker at Somerset is a 120-bed post-acute rehabilitation and nursing home, located on 10 beautifully wooded acres in Somerset, New Jersey. As an Eden Alternative® registered home , we are well-known for the compassionate, quality long-term nursing care provided to elders in a comfortable, home-like environment. We also offer comprehensive post-acute rehabilitation with round-the-clock skilled and sub-acute nursing services.
