At Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, we are currently hiring for Full-Time and PRN/Pool Speech Language Pathologists. Our salary ranges from $83,200 to $143,520, providing competitive compensation for your valuable skills.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with your patients while helping them achieve their recovery goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide speech-language treatment and patient care in line with all relevant regulations and professional guidelines.
  2. Delegate tasks effectively and supervise fellows, technicians, and assistants.
  3. Maintain open communication with all hospital departments to meet patient, staff, and hospital needs.

Required Credentials:

  • Current state licensure or certification on or before the first day of employment.
  • CPR certification preferred, unless otherwise required by hospital policy.
  • Successful completion of an accredited master's degree program or an accredited bachelor's degree program with sufficient field experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in speech-language pathology evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and caregivers.
