As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced mechanics and leaders, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in commercial HVAC/Sheet Metal systems and the installation process involved with new construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics in installing HVAC/duct systems in commercial buildings.
  • Learn and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
  • Gather, retrieve, deliver, and organize material in specific job site areas.
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to use hands to control tools
  • Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
  • Ability to work in cramped and awkward spaces at times
  • Great personality, positive attitude, sense of humor, and a tremendous work ethic
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interest in the trades and a desire to learn and develop new skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
