Production Planner, Lingerie & Apparel

Responsibilities:

• Order Management:
• Ensure accuracy and oversee BPS process.
• Handle issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Liabilities/Cancelations:
• Analyze, manage, and communicate liabilities to the brand.
• Commitment contract/Raw Material Pre-positioning:
• Assess RM position, manage month-end reconciliation, and handle disputes.
• Capacity Planning:
• Manage projections, communicate reporting, and handle vendor allocation.
• Production Planning:
• Create, analyze, and maintain CGL; negotiate order timing.
• Implement cost-effective speed strategies.
• Cross-Functional Communication:
• Collaborate with teams such as Logistics, DC Ops, Deployment, Planning, Merchants, Design, PD, Design Techs, Region, Vendors, Commercialization, Product Performance, Textiles, and Raw Material Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with time in 2 or more categories; preferably in a retail production & sourcing environment
• Complete understanding of Associate Production Planner processes, systems, etc.
• Working knowledge of bulk garment production processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels
• Proven influencing and negotiation skills
• Detailed understanding of product cost.
• Demonstrated experience in bringing flexibility and read and react capability to production processes.
