Custodian

Description
The Hampden County Sheriff's Office is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and energetic Custodian to work at our Stonybrook Stabilization & Treatment Center in Ludlow, Massachusetts.

The Custodian is responsible for the general cleanliness and orderly condition of assigned offices and areas within the facility, including but not limited to heavy cleaning such as cleaning floors and rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, performing routine maintenance, and cleaning snow or debris from the grounds.

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 1 p.m.-9 p.m.

Requirements

• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to participate in job improvement training
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license
• Must maintain known and accessible telephone number
• Must be able to work flexible hours and varying shifts
