JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible maintaining Think Together's online store fronts, but not limited to, Think Mart, Think Summer, Orenda Education, and Talent Collab online stores. Managing products related to sales, ad campaigns, promotions, and/or other digital sales channels. They will manage product uploads, digital imagery, third party communication and marketing initiatives. Support with Think Mart's customer service tasks, responses, and communicating with the appropriate Production team member when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors incoming products and inventory to launch products on a daily/weekly basis.
• Creates, formats and imports product & description data for platform uploads.
• Merchandises the product on the website based on product selling and inventory levels on a daily/weekly basis.
• Compile, analyze & distribute recommendations on New Release & Out of Stock statuses for product catalog on monthly cadence.
• Activates and deactivates products on the site with an accurate report.
• Manage all daily account orders.
• Provide data-driven reports with insights on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Collaborate and support other teams to improve performance as a whole.
• Supports with job assignments for the Production team with incoming orders.
• Support with updating ordering statuses.
• Collaborate with our Production team and act as our customer service representative to handle escalated customer service requests through phone calls and emails.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the alignment of web content with overall brand awareness strategies.
• Assist Production manager with trainings involving Think Mart's online store fronts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web content management and digital design.
• Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma required; two-year minimum college degree preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an office environment with Ecommerce platforms preferred.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with verbal and written communication with different departments and external contacts.
• Able to manage several activities simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Should be flexible, comfortable working with competing deadlines.
• Strong data analytics skill sets
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with diverse E-commerce platforms required.
• An initial TB test is required, and a renewal of the TB test every 3 years.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong proficiency in the use of Ecommerce platforms, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites programs like InDesign, Illustrator.
• Exceptional skills with MS Excel, data organization, and MS PowerPoint presentation.

Salary: $25.50/hr
