SUMMARY: The Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties within the leasing department. They also work alongside the Senior Coordinators to maintain contact with tower partners and landlords as needed to assist in building a lasting professional relationship. The ability to troubleshoot, negotiate, analyze, and solve problems is necessary for this role. This position requires critical thinking, reading comprehension and attention to detail. Additionally, job functions will include collaborations for the development and growth of a new department, and within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited too are:
• Assist with the generation & processing of leases, amendments, assignments, subleases, SNDA’s, etc.
• Data Entry within multiple CRM Platforms
• Data Audits/Updates
• Ticket updates, maintenance and documentation
• Communication with tower companies and landlords to facilitate execution of lease documents.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate clearly and professionally between departments.
• Drafting and renewing leases as needed
• Drafting application forms as needed
• Consistently provide excellent service to all partners with professionalism and patience.
• Forge positive relationships with both fellow staff and tower partners.
• Take a proactive approach to the position, recognize roadblocks and solutions to completing a task.
• Performs and assists in other duties as needed and directed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma, minimum
• 2 years’ experience in leasing
