This is a 100% vascular surgery position; there is no general surgery.

Qualifications: Fellowship or residency-trained, board eligible or certified in vascular surgery

Interested candidates should have proficiency in both endovascular and open vascular surgery.

Nazareth Hospital is equipped with a hybrid vascular room.

Applicants must have the following requirements: MD or DO from an Accredited Program, completion of a certified residency and/or fellowship program, Board Certified or Board Eligible, and a license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

Nazareth Hospital , for more than 80 years, has provided compassionate, high-quality care to residents of Northeast Pennsylvania. Nazareth Hospital offers a variety of services to the community, including emergency care, cardiology, oncology as an affiliate of Jefferson’s Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, specialized geriatric care, orthopedics, and wound care, among others.
Founded by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth in 1940, Nazareth’s mission is to serve anyone who requires medical care regardless of religion, race, color, creed or economic status. Nazareth Hospital is consistently recognized by leading healthcare accreditors and insurers for the quality of care provided to patients.
In 2022 the hospital had 7,200 admissions, 48,000 visits to the Emergency Department, and 105,000 outpatient visits. The hospital has 203 licensed acute care beds, and 28 skilled nursing beds.
