Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and submit invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collect past-due payments when necessary.
  • Sampling Collateral Management: Receive, reconcile, and fill sample orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by reconciling off-site warehouse inventory monthly.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High School Degree or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or supply chain management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
