We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more. Certified Nursing Assistant Oxnard, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Teal Club Road CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 10-bed facility Shifts available: Fulltime: Day shift (7am-7pm) See schedule below NOC shift (7pm-7am) See schedule below Per-diem: Days & NOC 12-hour shifts Dayshift CNA rates: $18-$21.50 per hour base rate based on experience differential + OT past 8th hour NOC SHIFT CNA rates: $18-$21.50 per hour base rate based on experience + $2/hr NOC shift differential + OT past 8th hour OT after 8th hour (4 hrs of OT at time and a half built into each 12-hr shift) Double-time after 12th hour Low patient ratios (10-bed facility) Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance, and more) for fulltime positions On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who is kind, hardworking and dedicated to helping us provide compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long-term care facility and is capable of providing Activities of Daily Living such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working with individuals with special needs and having the opportunity to make a true difference in their lives. Responsibilities: Provide basic bedside care such as assisting the patient in moving to and from bed and ensuring that the patient's condition is monitored properly with consistent assessments Assist patients with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse. Observe patients and report changes to the nurse Provide basic support to convalescing patients Assist with mobility exercises and range of motion activities Schedule: For fulltime positions, CNA must be able to work 12-hour shifts on the following schedule: Week 1 days are Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 2 days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat Qualifications: *Completion of CNA certification program; Current California CNA certification *One year CNA experience preferred, ideally experience with medically complex patients *Current in CPR for Healthcare Provider *Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families *A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach If this sounds like you or like a place you’d like to call your work, please apply today Once you have submitted your application, a recruiter will reach out to you with next steps.
