Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Our client is a prominent law firm based in South Carolina, offering a wide range of legal services. The firm specializes in areas such as business and corporate law, litigation, real estate, tax law, employment law, and health care law.
This is an immediate need for an experienced Litigation Paralegal who will support four attorneys, including seasoned shareholders who specialize in Business Litigation.

What you get to do:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to four attorneys.
  • Manage and organize documents, ensuring efficient use of iManage and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Transcribe dictations with accuracy and speed (experience in transcription is highly desirable).
  • Handle day-to-day tasks related to business litigation, with a focus on Construction, Defense, and Insurance law.
What you need to succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Experience in Business Litigation and relevant legal areas.
  • Proficiency in iManage and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong transcription (dictation) skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed.
