JOB SUMMARY

Under direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting, recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).

Minimum Education Associate degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Drag Edit Delete

Minimum Education Minimum Certification(s): CHCR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Drag Edit Delete

Minimum Work Experience 3-5 years in human resources recruiting, preferably in hospital health care. Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Critical thinking skills, tact, and business acumen. Projects a positive customer service driven approach with all interactions. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish goals. Knowledge of heath care job requirements, licenses, and certifications in areas of responsibility
