Job Description
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian for 40 hrs/week in the area for a short term assignment

Schedule: Flexible schedule with the option of four 10 hr shifts or five 8 hr shifts per week.

Hybrid Option: 1-2 days per week can be worked remotely via telehealth.

Compensation: $32.00-$40.00 per hour DOE.

Commute Compensation: $32.00-$40.00 per hour.

Assignment Duration: 13 weeks with potential for renewal.

At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

RD Nutrition Consultants provides our consultants with competitive wages and flexible work schedules

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy for wound healing, weight management, etc.
  • Experience working with tube feedings
  • Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family
  • Meet DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
  • Perform duties independently without training or direction
Requirements: Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Experience providing general nutrition education (IE weight loss, weight gain)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with electronic charting systems
  • Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations
