Empty and clean trash receptacles and manage recycling. Maintain and service custodial equipment as needed. Follow all safety policies to ensure a secure work environment. Pick up construction material waste and ensure proper disposal. Work outdoors in various weather conditions as required. Essential Skills Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of experience in custodial work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor, janitorial duties, housekeeping, and sanitation. Work Environment Our fast-paced, dynamic work environment is related to a construction pre-fabrication shop. Safety gear is a must, including steel toe boots, high-vis vest, hard hat, and safety glasses. The dress code is practical: long pants, a t-shirt, and steel toe boots. Work hours are Monday-Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. We also offer 5-10 hours of overtime each week.
