Are you a data-driven digital marketing expert looking to make a real impact? We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our online growth. You'll use your skills in marketing automation, paid advertising, and SEO to attract, engage, and convert potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation/Qualification: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads. * Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize automated workflows to nurture leads and improve customer experiences. * Paid Advertising: Manage paid search, display, and social media campaigns for maximum ROI. * SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings. * Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimization to improve website and campaign performance. * Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * CRM Management: Accurately track and manage leads within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information. * Sales Support: Provide sales teams with qualified leads and relevant information to facilitate successful sales conversations. * Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and target market preferences.
Preferred Qualifications & Knowledge:

* You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and marketing automation. * You're a pro with marketing tools, HubSpot, GA4, Canva, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics. * You've got a data-driven mindset, and nothing excites you more than diving into the numbers to optimize performance. * Proven experience in lead generation and marketing campaigns. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data. * Creative problem-solving skills.
