Shift: Full-Time Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced RN ready to elevate their career in a leadership role. As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care, manage nursing functions during your shift, and foster teamwork for improved patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate admission and discharge processes for efficient patient care.
- Participate in performance assessments to ensure high-quality nursing services.
- Collaborate with management to promote a strong teamwork culture aiming for superior service.
- Engage in service recovery and uphold a patient-first philosophy.
- Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement.
- Assist in recruiting and training new nursing staff and conducting performance evaluations.
- Manage staff scheduling while ensuring quality care delivery and productivity.
- Oversee inventory control and assist in managing supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Multistate Compact License.
- Minimum of 3 years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- At least 1 year of medical surgical experience in an acute care hospital.
- 1 year of leadership experience in a hospital environment preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
