The Cath Lab Nurse Supervisor will join a well-known organization which has earned recognition for excellence in patient safety. This medical center is a part of a large health system which serves communities all throughout the western states. This 150+ Bed medical center is a Level 3 Trauma Center and has been selected as a Top Hospital by the New Mexico Hospital Association. This team emphasizes the importance of meaningful social impact and adopts best practices to promote preventative care in their community.

The Cath Lab Nurse Supervisor will oversee an amazing team of tenured, hardworking Registered Nurses. The Cath Lab Nurse Supervisor will report to the Cath Lab Nurse Manager and will lead a terrific team. Supported directly by multiple Registered Nurses and Cardiac Cath Lab Techs, the Nurse Supervisor will play a vital role in leading clinical operations for this department. The Cath Lab Nurse Supervisor will work to ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks. This Nurse Leader will be responsible for the smooth operation of multiple procedure rooms and make sure that their team is running efficiently.
