Practice Operating Hours: Monday & Wednesday: 9:00AM - 6:00 PM; Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; and Thursday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Qualifications:
  • Required: Valid Licensure in the state of Indiana.
As an Associate Dentist, you will:
  • Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services like cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care.
  • Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care; consult the owner if unsure about handling any patient care situations.
  • Maintain clear and concise clinical notation and documentation for every patient treated.
