No CCA's will be accepted at this time. As a Senior Cybersecurity Process Engineer on our team, you will provide process engineering support to a cybersecurity operations organization. Primary responsibilities include analyzing and improving organizational processes, conducting technical research and analysis, and writing responses for government-provided high-priority data calls to create representations/characterizations of strategy alignment, resource allocations, discrepancies, gaps, and organizational accomplishments. You will also conduct thorough reviews and detailed assessments of systems engineering documentation; define, review, propose and develop process improvements; and oversee and guide creation, modification, and implementation of process governance and required systems engineering documentation and artifacts, reporting results to leadership. The ideal candidate will need to: Develop the plans for process assessments. Work closely with the project team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment as well as in conducting assessments. Coordinate and schedule process assessments. Lead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments. Analyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations. Lead Process Improvement effort utilizing CMM/CMI or other similar process models. Interpret and promote the use of Process Improvement best practices. Ensure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems engineering discipline and continuous process improvement. Requirements A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be accepted at this time. Requires Fifteen (15) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices. Knowledge of process engineering, operational procedures, and workflows/requirements analysis. Experience in documenting processes and process improvement. Experience in SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation management. Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired: Experience in gathering functional requirements. Experience in Cybersecurity domain is a plus. Ability to communicate with other government and contract stakeholders. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
