Job Description

We are Therapy-Owned Outpatient PT clinics focused on providing skilled treatment and life changing care to our patients. Our highly trained Movement Correction Physical Therapists use specialized methods of hands-on care, holistic modalities, and highly skilled, hands-on joint and myofascial work to treat any pain, injury, or discomfort our patients may be feeling. Our staff members have over thirty years of experience in specialized and effective physical therapy care, and our Fort Worth/Haslet-Avondale clinic is hiring.

As we move into a growth phase, PT ReVolution is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and teachable Physical Therapists to join our team of professionals. Our mission goes beyond offering patients a better life through treatment. We hire PT's eager to use their existing skills and add to them by learning our proprietary treatments. We welcome them into the fold of teamwork, community, and opportunities for equity. Because we do things differently at PT ReVolution, we offer extensive on-the-job training for Physical Therapists who want to explore and add to their tool box for treating patients. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for each patient
  • Provide hands-on treatments to include joint and soft tissue mobilization (training provided)
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion
  • Use modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to relieve pain and promote healing
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Successful Candidates Must Have:
  • Valid Texas PT License
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Empathy and compassion to provide emotional support to patients during their rehabilitation journey
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and treatment plans simultaneously
