What We're Looking For:
Cedar City Dental Care is in search of a Dental Hygienist who embodies enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be highly personable, with a knack for engaging in meaningful conversations that foster trust and comfort with patients. Key attributes include:
- Strong clinical skills with a high acceptance rate in periodontal treatments, fluoride applications, and oral cancer screenings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain treatment plans and educate patients about oral health.
- A proactive approach to patient care, eager to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- At least one year of dental hygiene experience is preferred, though we are open to new graduates who are ready to learn and grow with our team.

- Current dental hygienist license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
